Lolo Diego

My passion for being a storyteller comes from when my grandmother used to tell me stories, parables, fables... when I was a child, before going to sleep.
I have been a theater and cinema lover since I was very young thanks to my father. Graduated in Pharmacy and Audiovisual Communication, thanks to my mother.
At the age of 22, I joined the ASURA school of Improvisation as a hobby, the world of improvisation allows me to be an actor, director and writer, my three vocations.

After three years in this school, I became more and more serious about dedicating myself to this sector professionally. I founded together with Juanma Diez, Joaquin Tejada and Paula Galimberti, the now successful company JAMMING, with which I continued for more than 20 years of uninterrupted performances, both in Madrid and throughout Spain, Europe, Latin America and Las Vegas.
Constantly trained with my teacher FERNANDO PIERNAS, with whom I continue to train, and after three years in the studio of IÑAKI AIERRA, I traveled to LONDON to increase my training with DEE-CANNON (Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts).

A year later, I extended my training with BOB MCANDREW (20th CENTURY FOX coach) for three years and this encouraged me to travel to NEW YORK, where I joined BLACK NEXUS, the current SUSAN BATSON STUDIO, where I met JORDAN BAYNE, with whom I extended my training for 4 years.
I returned to Spain and added, to my training, the voice and verse teacher VICENTE FUENTES with whom I have been training for more than eight years. I have recently returned to acting in English training with the prestigious coach IVANA CHUBBUCK.

I premiered my one-man show BOBBY MILK (about Robert de Niro), I was in the cast of "JUEGOS PARA TODA LA FAMILIA", produced by the CDN and premiered at the Teatro María Guerrero and I was part of the prestigious international series "VIS A VIS" ("LOCKED UP") in the fifth season giving life to Apolo, Flaca's husband; among many other characters in different series and films. One of my latest works in English is the movie "SEE YOU ON VENUS"
